Trivia: Some of the songs were actually written and demoed around 1986 or 1987 when the members' previous band The Brood were intending to make a second album that has never been released.
RispondiEliminaThe first riff in the opening track "Weirdo Man" is said to be the very first slam riff ever recorded in metal. This style of riff would be taken up by death metal bands such as Suffocation and eventually spawn an entire subgenre, known as slam death metal.
