Agree that the sound is pretty terrible. I don't like calling people out by name, but look at the producer / studio. They did a couple other records at the same time as this (Fear of God, and Malevolent C, I think) which also sound pretty bad. I did some digging at one point and found something (ad ad maybe?) indicating that the producer/the studio had one of the early digital rigs and I think it either sucked, or they just didn't know how to use it well yet. They probably came in cheaper than Morrisound at the time and got those few albums. Shame because Elements was my intro to Atheist.

EliminaIt doesn't sound much better either because it's remastered and what they should do is remix it.
