I use a tablet with my smartphone as a router. That's no excuse not to install any torrent application if you want.
How to instal Torrents on Huawei Phones?
As I think it will be an Android Smartphone, search in the Google Play Store: Bittorrent or uTorrent, which are the best known, and download.

Well, I can't think of anything other than looking for torrent applications compatible with your download application.😕
